6. Google User Data

If you connect your Google account to Novispace, we may request access to certain Google user data only as needed to provide the automation services you request. This may include access to Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive, or other Google Workspace data depending on the specific workflow you authorize.

The types of Google user data we may access include:

  • Email metadata, message content, recipients, attachments, and labels, if you authorize Gmail-based workflows
  • Spreadsheet data, sheet names, cell values, and related metadata, if you authorize Google Sheets workflows
  • Calendar event details, attendees, times, and descriptions, if you authorize Google Calendar workflows
  • File names, file metadata, and file contents, if you authorize Google Drive workflows

We access and use Google user data only to provide the specific automation workflows you request, such as sending emails, updating spreadsheets, creating reminders, processing form submissions, syncing records, or generating reports.

We do not collect or store your Google account password. Google account access is authorized through Google's OAuth consent process, and access can be revoked by you at any time through your Google Account permissions.

7. Google OAuth Permissions

When you connect a Google account, Google may ask you to approve specific permissions, also known as OAuth scopes. Novispace requests only the permissions needed to operate the automation workflow you authorize. The exact permissions requested may vary depending on the workflow, such as sending an email through Gmail or reading/updating a Google Sheet.

8. Limited Use of Google User Data

Novispace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, data brokerage, credit-worthiness evaluation, lending purposes, surveillance, or any unrelated secondary purpose.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Where AI-assisted processing is used in a customer-authorized workflow, it is used only to perform the requested workflow output for that customer. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI models or shared AI systems.

9. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell Google user data.

We may share Google user data only with service providers necessary to operate the requested automation workflow, such as cloud hosting providers, workflow automation platforms, email delivery infrastructure, logging/security tools, or customer-authorized integration services. These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to Novispace and our customers.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, resale, data brokerage, or unrelated analytics.

We may share your data in the following additional circumstances:
