Novispace is a small consulting firm based in Toronto, Ontario. We help service businesses — across construction, healthcare, real estate, HVAC, and professional services — replace manual workflows with automated systems.
We are not a software company. We do not sell a platform. We come in, map what your team does by hand, and build the automations that handle it for you.
Most of our clients are owner-operated businesses or small teams who are good at their work but spending too much time on the work around the work — following up on leads, sending invoices, booking appointments, updating spreadsheets.
